True Health New Mexico (THNM)
True Health New Mexico (THNM) is no longer an APS medical plan option. However, through the end of 2023, THNM will continue to take member calls, address appeals and grievances, and process and pay claims from 2022 dates of services that were incurred by APS employees and their enrolled family members.
The True Health Customer Service phone number (844) 508-4677 will remain active through December 31, 2023. Employees with questions about their 2022 coverage or claims incurred in 2022 should call True Health for assistance.
