MyBusStop Information

Students and/or parents that need to determine eligibility or identify current bus stop locations, pickup times, and bus number, may do so by visiting MyBusStop.

How to Use My Bus Stop

  • To locate your student's bus stop location, arrival time, and bus number, type in your home address including the zip code.
  • Example: 4000 Osuna Rd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109 , once you have entered your address select the "Search" button.
  • A list of available stops for each location in your area will be presented with the bus stop location, bus number, and time of arrival. 
  • Please note Special Needs stops will not be located in the software since these stops are specific to a students needs, if the location is eligible for transportation the word "Eligible" will be shown in the upper right corner of the tile for a specific location. 
  • Student Transportation Services is available to assist students and parents with any questions regarding bus transportation for the current school year.

If you receive the message, “No Transportation,” your student lives in a walk zone, or the system cannot locate your address.

Who Can Ride the Bus?

Bus Transportation provided based on distance from school of residence
Student TypeDistance
High School More than 2 miles from their school of residence.
Middle School More than 1.5 miles from their school of residence.
K-8 School More than 1.5 miles from their school of residence.
Elementary School More than 1 mile from their school of residence.
Transfer Students APS does not provide school bus transportation to transfer students.

APS does not transport students who live:

  • 1 mile or less from the school of residence for Elementary School
  • 1.5 miles or less from the school of residence for Middle School
  • 2 miles or less from the school of residence for High School
  • Transfer students
