The Albuquerque Public School system does not discriminate nor condone discrimination by students, employees, or third parties on the basis of age (40+), color, ethnicity, gender identity, genetic information, HIV status, mental or physical disability, national origin, natural or protective hairstyles or cultural or religious headdresses, pregnancy/lactation, religion, race, sex, sexual orientation, spousal affiliation, serious medical condition, or veteran status in any program or activity of, or sponsored by, the school district and provides equal access to the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups.
