RFP: High-Dosage / High-Impact Tutoring

APS seeks a qualified Vendor to provide evidence‑based, Layer 2 academic tutoring interventions in reading, literacy, and mathematics for K–12 students. Services must leverage high‑quality instructional materials (HQIM) aligned to New Mexico Adopted Standards and current APS scope‑and‑sequence documents in order to accelerate proficiency, reduce learning gaps, and foster strong, consistent tutor‑student relationships.
