RFP: Billboard Ground Leases
Albuquerque Public Schools (APS) is seeking proposals from qualified outdoor advertising companies interested in leasing district-owned property for the development and operation of billboard advertising structures. APS is seeking innovative proposals from qualified firms regarding how the sites may be developed, operated, and compensated while providing value to the District. Proposers are invited to submit their proposed development approach, compensation model, and operational plan for one or more of the available sites. APS intends to enter into a lease agreement with the proposer(s) whose proposal provides the best overall value to the District, considering revenue potential, operational approach, compliance with regulations, and community considerations.
