Albuquerque Public Schools has an online Vendor Registration system, powered by Vendor Registry, to help us better serve you.

About Vendor Registry

  • Vendor Registry allows you to quickly register and update details such as what products and services you provide as well as your contact information.
  • By registering with Vendor Registry you will receive email notifications of APS Bid and RFP solicitations. This will enable us and Vendor Registry to notify you of important Bid or Request for Proposal opportunities. 
  • Your business does not have to be a current vendor with APS in order to register or to participate in a bid or RFP solicitation.

How to Register With Vendor Registry

  1. Visit the Vendor Registry website to set-up your account.
  2. Set-up Your Account: Enter your name, email address, phone number, and company name. An automatic email will be sent to your email address for account verification, please use an email address you can easily access.
  3. Verify Your Email Address: Enter the Verification PIN from the verification email you received.
  4. Add Your Company: Enter your company information. Click on "Confirm and Continue". A valid FEIN or Social Security Number is required.
  5. Select Products and Services: Select the products and/or services that apply to your company.
  6. Upload your W-9 Form.
  7. Congratulations: Your account registration is complete. Choose your notification preferences, or continue to review your account.
