District Imaging and Archive Center (DIAC)
District Imaging and Archive Center (DIAC) only provides High School transcripts for alumni students who have attended APS. We DO NOT have copies of Diplomas. For charter school records contact Joseph Escobedo escobedo_j@aps.edu or 505-880-3790
We do not provide any other type of school records such as cumulative, health, or census. We do not have access to yearbooks.
Please contact state offices for information on acceptable documents. These transcripts may or may not be used in accordance with the Real ID Act.
About Transcript Requests
Albuquerque Public Schools uses Parchment to process HS transcript and Education Verification requests. The transcript years that DIAC has available are listed in the table below.
Ordering Your Transcript
- Register or login to Parchment.com

Add your school to your Profile.
When creating your profile, enter the name of the last school you attended. Please make sure you use the name you were enrolled under. -
Add Destinations (e.g. University of New Mexico, Central New Mexico Community College, etc.)
Make sure to review your destinations before moving on to the next step. - Provide Consent: Sign your waiver form and complete the transcript authorization form by eSigning
- Track Order: Once you've completed the forms you can check the status of your request in your Parchment.com account
How transcripts are sent
Official transcripts will be sent electronically, securely and confidentially to the colleges, universities or organizations you designate. Students can track the status of their request online and immediately see if it is "Pending," "Sent" or "Delivered."
Additional Information
- Enrolled students can print unofficial transcripts through Parchment for personal use.
- Paper copies of transcripts are also available upon request through Parchment.
- If there are charges associated with your request, those charges will be displayed and must be approved by you before you complete your order.
- The Parchment website includes information on college and university statistics that students may find helpful.
