This position oversees the district-wide grant pre-approval process, ensuring that all grant proposals are strategically coordinated and meet internal and external requirements.

Educators, school leaders, and department staff interested in pursuing grant opportunities—whether from government agencies, corporate sponsors, or private foundations—are encouraged to contact the Grants Manager early in the process. The Grants Manager provides assistance with:

Reviewing grant opportunities for alignment with district goals
Navigating the required APS Pre-Approval Concept Form
Offering guidance on grant research and proposal development
Supporting the completion and submission of grant applications
Coordinating with the APS Education Foundation and APS Grant Management on relevant grant programs
