Activity Fund Compliance

We provide an independent appraisal function within APS to examine and evaluate the District’s student activity funds. We issue reports, analyses, recommendations and guidance to support APS schools and departments responsible for managing and handling activity funds.

How we support 

• Provide quality customer service related to activity fund policies, procedures and practices.
• Conduct audit examinations of activity fund financial information and administrative processes in an independent, contemporary and professional manner to express an objective opinion on the quality and integrity of that information. 
• Provide recommendations for process improvement or strengthening of internal controls.
