The Walking School Bus Liaison is the main point of contact for each respective school’s program. 

B. Planning Tools:  

  1. Request a Walking School Bus Route Map
    Select Option 2 to input your Walking School Bus Route. A map will be developed and sent back to you in 2-3 business days. 
  2. Request a Walking School Bus Heat Map
    Select Option 1 to receive a heat map of student locations within a school Walk Zone. This map is a planning tool to guide Walking School Bus route development. PLEASE NOTE: This map is not for public use, and may not be shared outside of a school’s administration. 
  3. Conduct a Route Assessment
    See the attached guide for conducting Walk Surveys or Preliminary Walking School Bus route evaluations. This process can be done by an individual, or by a group.
