Safe Routes to School Interagency Technical Coordination Committee
The Safe Routes to School Interagency Technical Coordination Committee convenes partner agencies on a regular monthly basis to coordinate Safe Routes to School efforts.
The Safe Routes to School Interagency Technical Coordination Committee is facilitated by APS Capital Master Plan to coordinate to convene partner agency members on a regular, monthly basis to discuss:
- APS District-Wide Walking School Bus/Safe Routes to School Rollout & Implementation Plan.
- Clearinghouse of emerging/ongoing issues regarding youth active travel across the AMPA region (public safety, infrastructure, etc.).
- Establish interagency collaborative processes to address safety issues regarding youth active travel.
- Communication of specific school-site issues
