Champion Conductors: Processes, Training, and Conductor Payment

Champion Conductors are paid members of the community who regularly conduct for Walking School Bus Programs.

Conductor Setup Process

1. Fill out our survey to provide initial information: Full name, Home/Mailing Address, Phone Number, School Name/Site
2. Complete a Supervised Background Check. Prospective Conductors and Volunteers must pass a Supervised Background Check.
3. Complete a W-9. Conductor signs Section 8 of the Professional Service Agreement Form) and return documents, scanned or electronically, to Capital Master Plan. 
4. Participate in training: APS Vision Zero will host Walking School Bus (WSB) Training for the Schools' WSB Liaisons and WSB Conductors.
