APS provides medical treatment for employees for work-related injuries and indemnity pay for lost time in accordance with State Law.
Reporting Fraud
- To report Workers' Compensation fraud: Workers' compensation fraud costs everyone. State law prohibits Workers' Compensation fraud.
- If you are aware of a potential fraud or abuse of the Workers' Compensation system, please report it using the Fraud Report Form (PDF).
Non-Life-Threatening Injuries
To report a work-related injury:
- Notify your supervisor and call the Injury Hot-Line at (505) 830-8466
- Submit a completed New Mexico Worker's Compensation Administration Notice of Accident form (PDF) to your supervisor immediately after the accident or injury.
Life-Threatening Emergencies
For life-threatening emergencies call 911 or seek treatment at the nearest hospital or emergency facility.
