Paul Davis Restoration of NM Teacher Scholarship
The Paul Davis Restoration of NM Teacher Scholarship provides financial support to APS teachers who need reimbursement for the loss of personal teaching supplies that might have been damaged/destroyed by water, mold or other unexpected perils in the classroom.

Our goal is to help teachers replenish what personal supplies they may have lost in their classroom due to damage or destruction. Teachers may apply up to $250 towards helping students who have worked hard to reach this honor.
Eligible Applicants:
The scholarship(s) will be awarded throughout the school as a as needed basis.
The scholarship(s) will be given teachers who:
- work for APS traditional and magnet schools
- lost personal teaching supplies in the classroom due to damage or destruction caused by water, mold or other unexpected perils. Theft is not included.
Eligibility Criteria:
- APS teacher at a traditional or magnet school.
- APS teacher at the elementary, middle and high school may apply for up to $250.
- Funding requests must be for lost personal teaching supplies in the classroom due to damage or destruction caused by water, mold or other unexpected perils. Theft is not included.
- Funding requests should be accompanied with a Property Loss Report and/or photos of damaged items and/or receipts for items lost. Need to contact APS Risk Management prior to submitting the request.
- Funding requests are awarded to the school on behalf of the teacher, not directly to the teacher.
