The APS wellness program brings a whole-health perspective and provides a wide range of well-being options to every employee. The wellness incentive program is open to all full-time employees. PLEASE look at the instructions to register before clicking "the big red button."

About the Wellness Incentive Program
APS partners with The Solutions Group (TSG) to bring you a variety of well-being programs. The Wellness at Work program was upgraded to a new platform called Virgin Pulse.
Find your balance, get daily inspiration, and experience the rewards of feeling & functioning better every day! The new mobile app has enhanced wellness options, easier access, and simplified activity syncing.
For Presbyterian Health Plan Members
- If you are unsure if you have an existing account under the former platform, email: wellness@phs.org for login information.
Register using the link above and use your PHP/MyPres user ID and password.
- OR -Click here to go to your Presbyterian Health Plan page.
- On the top right-hand side of the page, click “myPRES Login" and enter your user ID and password.
- Click on "Health and Wellness" in the red bar at the top of the page.
- Under Wellness at Work, click on "Log in to Wellness at Work" or "Access Your Health Assessment". This will take you to the new Wellness at Work/Virgin Pulse website.
- Enroll in Virgin Pulse & join the APS Employee Wellness "Group" under the "Social" tab!
To Register for all other full-time APS Employees
- If you are not sure if you have an existing account under the former platform, email: wellness@phs.org for login information.
1. Click the red button above "Log on to your Wellness at Work program". On the right-hand side of the page, click “Register” under your Health Plan. If you are a full-time APS employee but are not insured through APS, or a dependent under a spouse/partner plan, click on “Register” under Non-Covered APS Employees.
2. Follow the instructions to create your account.
• Enter your personal information
• Enter your APS employee ID number without the “E” (ie. 246810)
• Select “Employee”
• Click “Next”
• Complete the required fields under “Enter Your Home Address” and “Security Information”
• Click “Register”
• Click “Sign in to Wellness at Work”
• Under “SIGN IN” enter your username and password
3. Log in to the Virgin Pulse platform. Download the Virgin Pulse App and sync your activity tracker if you have one.
4. Take the "Health Check" and instantly earn $30 pulse cash!
5. Join the APS Employee Wellness "Group" under the "Social" tab!
All eligible, full-time employees received MANY emails from wellnessatwork@phs.org to join this new program. You can search your email box for wellnessatwork@phs.org to get your unique link and instructions.
The APS Employee Wellness Incentive Program is a voluntary, point reward system. It is open to all full-time APS employees regardless of whether they are enrolled in APS Benefits. Spouses and dependents are not eligible for this reward program.
Please note: APS transitioned to this new well-being platform in January 2023. Each calendar year, participants must redeem points for rewards earned by December 31. Participants receive two reminder emails with this information and that points do not carry over.
How Are Points Tracked?
All wellness incentive points are tracked and logged through Wellness at Work/Virgin Pulse. The Virgin Pulse/Wellness at Work platform fully integrates with activity trackers and has a complimentary Virgin Pulse app to help you track activities/exercise, steps, food, water, and more. You can use the app with a fitness watch/tracker and it will automatically sync to your program.
Wellness At Work Program Dates
The wellness incentive program runs for a calendar year from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
- All points must be redeemed by Dec. 31.
- If points are not redeemed by Dec. 31 they are forfeited.
- Please note: There is no longer a premium reduction plan in place.
