APS Police Reports

Process for requesting a Police Report from APS PD.

The Report/Evidence Request Form may not be accessible. Please contact the APS Police Department by phone at (505) 243-7712 for alternative formats.

Request a Police Report

You may request a paper copy of any APS police report. Here's how: 

  1. Download the Report/Evidence Request Form (PDF)
  2. Fill it out.
  3. Fax it to (505) 830-0110 or email it to .
  4. Bring your photo ID to the APS Police Department at City Center 5-10 days after you fax your request.

Rules

  • The person who requested the report must show photo identification in order to pick up the report.
  • We do not fax reports to schools. 
  • Report requests are ready 5-10 days from receiving the request, not from the date the report was taken.
