Are you concerned about a child or youth in our community?

Do you have a student experiencing transportation challenges, a lack of supplies, late arrivals and absences, sleepiness/fatigue, social and behavioral challenges, lack of engagement, hygiene needs, hunger, unmet medical or dental needs, enrollment at multiple schools, a lack of records, and gaps in learning?

Have you checked to see our child or youth has experienced a loss of housing? Are they residing in inadequate housing? Have they been displaced from their home?
