Babies don’t come with instructions, our family partners will help guide you to the resources you need to be the best caregiver possible for your child.
You can trust your family partner for guidance on a wide range of topics including prenatal/postnatal care, safe sleep for your baby, injury prevention, nutrition, child care, breastfeeding and nutrition, self-care, and more. You don’t have to do it alone!
Our Family Partners offer:
- Weekly visits. We go to you!
- Help to connect you with resources in your community.
- Support for parents/ caregivers.
