Manufacturer Warranty

Manufacturer warranty on damaged/defective/shortages for merchandise received.

We do everything in our power to make certain you receive your order promptly and in good condition. Nevertheless, sometimes problems do occur, it is your responsibility to note damages and/or shortages before signing for merchandise.

1. Please inspect all shipments received with the Albuquerque Public Schools delivery driver/clerk personnel before signing delivery ticket.
2. Damaged merchandize and shortages should be noted on the delivery ticket at the time you sign for shipment.
3. Concealed Damage should be immediately called to the attention of the Stock Control Department or Warehouse.
4. If you need to return an item or have a Warranty Concern, please notify the Warehouse or Stock Control. Please provide your school location, and requisition number for the required return authorization. Virtually all items that we stock in the warehouse have Manufacturer’s Warranty.
