Energy Booster After School Meal Program
Prior to Receiving Energy Booster Meals
- Every Program must submit an Energy Booster Meal Application.
- Program staff members, who will be responsible for both the distribution of snacks and the completion of all documentation, are to complete the Energy Booster After School Meal Site Training Module.
- All Program staff members must also complete an Energy Booster After School Meal Questionnaire Review. This is an annual requirement.

Program Checklist
- Application: Program Site Leader must complete and submit an Energy Booster After School Meal Application. One Application per program.
- Training Module: All program staff members who will be distributing meals must complete an online Energy Booster After School Meal Site Training Module.
- Program Roster: Only APS Rosters will be accepted for the Energy Booster Program.
- Program Review: All program staff members who will be distributing meals to students must submit a Program Review.
APS Food and Nutrition Services must wait for CYFD approval before starting the Energy Booster After School Meal Program. Approval from CYFD may take up to 30 days.
