JR Release of Student Information - July 2024 Revision

The following board policies have been archived. Most have been replaced by the corresponding administrative procedural directive.
The Board of Education, in compliance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), as amended, and state law and regulation shall allow the release of directory information about Albuquerque Public School students only to those persons or organizations having a legal right to know. All release of student information requests shall be reviewed and approved or denied by the custodian of public records.
