• Demonstrate proficiency in all four NMTEACH domains.
• Draw from all the elements to demonstrate proficiency in each domain area.

If Placed on an Improvement Plan

• Review with the principal the Improvement Plan provided.
• It is the teacher’s professional responsibility to meet the goals and expectations as outlined in the Improvement Plan.
• Direct your improvement based on the NMTEACH domains.
• Request and utilize support that will lead to improvement, including but not limited to, your Consulting Teacher.
