PJ33 Relations with Non-Albuquerque Public Schools Affiliated Service Providers Requested by Parents/Legal Guardians

Certain students may have been identified by their parents/legal guardians or other agencies as needing supportive services from public, private or community-based providers. These services are unrelated to the educational program for which the district is responsible. Requests from parents/legal guardians that a provider be allowed to provide services on campus during the school day shall be considered and may be approved by the school principal. The services shall not interfere with the instructional program of the school. Both the parent/legal guardian and the private service provider shall agree to abide by the terms of a properly executed Albuquerque Public Schools Private Provider Indemnity Agreement prior to initiation of services.
