J.15 Released Time for Religious Instruction - April 2001 Revision

Any high school student may be excused from school with written consent of his or her parents/guardian to participate in religious instruction for not more than one (1) hour each school day at a time period not in conflict with the individual student's academic program.

The Albuquerque Public Schools assumes no responsibility for participating students from the time they leave the school premises until after they have returned to the school premises.
