GB11 Non-Albuquerque Public Schools Employment - July 2024 Revision

In compliance with state statute, district employees shall disclose any employment outside of Albuquerque Public Schools.
Albuquerque Public Schools employees may, when approved through normal hiring and budgetary practices, receive a stipend to be a coach or student activity sponsor. However, school personnel shall not receive pay during the school year for academically tutoring or advising any student(s) assigned to them for classroom teaching or other school functions, except in cases when school personnel are tutoring students under federal supplemental education services provisions.
