BE2 - Rules of Order August 2010 Revision

This policy was reviewed and revised in September 2018. We provide this revision for historic purposes only.

Roberts' Rules of Order, newly revised, shall govern the Board of Education, except when state statute or regulation prevails. Although most items may be handled by appropriate motion procedures, consensus action may also be used. Additional meeting conduct and rules of orders shall be left to the discretion of the presiding Board of Education member.
