B.14 Parliamentary Authority - April 2001 Revision

This policy was reviewed, revised, and renamed in August 2010. We provide this revision for historic purposes only.

Roberts' Rules of Order, newly revised, will govern the Board of Education, except when state regulations prevail. Although most items are handled by appropriate motion procedures, consensus action is also used. Actual procedures will be left to the discretion of the Board president.
