Pfizer Vaccine for Students 12 and Up
Albuquerque Public Schools announces two Student Vaccination Clinics on Wednesday, May 26, and Friday, May 28 from 2 p.m. - 7 p.m. at Tingley Coliseum. Vaccines are available by completing the registration below. A parent/guardian doesn’t need to be present, but students must have a signed consent form to be vaccinated.
Vaccination Signup Instructions:
- Visit the NMDOH COVID-19 Vaccine Registration System
- Sign up your Student and use Event Code: Protect12+
- Fill out (and bring) the Parent Consent Form (PDF)*
The COVID-19 Vaccines are FREE!
On Wednesday, May 26, you can also pick up a weekly meal pack from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. across the street at APS Food and Nutrition Headquarters, 800 Louisiana Blvd NE
