Rebuild, Repair, Refresh: Tax Dollars at Work

Thanks to the continued support of Albuquerque area taxpayers, APS is able to renovate and repair aging schools and update security, technology, and educational equipment.

Rebuild, Repair, Refresh

APS has spent millions of dollars building impressive new schools, well-lit and spacious classrooms, nurturing kindergarten wings, state-of-the-art science labs, safe and fun playgrounds, art and music rooms, performing arts centers, athletic fields and stadiums, modernized cafeterias and kitchens, libraries with inspiring views, specially designed classrooms for students with special needs, heating and cooling systems. The list goes on and on.

APS also uses taxpayer-approved dollars to fund technology, the tools of a new generation that prepare students for the jobs of tomorrow.

And, taxpayers have helped us keep our students and staff safe and comfortable by providing funding to create secure, supportive learning environments.

Thank you, voters, for supporting our students and schools!
