PH1 Labor Relations
The Office of Labor Relations will:
- Negotiate all collective bargaining agreements on behalf of the Board of Education and handle employee grievances in accordance with Board Policy HE, the Albuquerque Public Schools Labor Management Relations Resolution Relating to Collective Bargaining for the Albuquerque Public Schools, Providing Rights, Responsibilities, and Conditions of Continued Existence and Transfer of Authority Upon Termination of Local Board and the provisions of each negotiated agreement
- Attempt to resolve employer-employee disputes that may arise as a result of the provisions of the negotiated agreements
- Administer compliance with negotiated agreements and Board Policy HE and the Albuquerque Public Schools Labor Management Relations Resolution Relating to Collective Bargaining for the Albuquerque Public Schools, Providing Rights, Responsibilities, and Conditions of Continued Existence and Transfer of Authority Upon Termination of Local Board.
