KH3 Financial Solicitations in Schools - July 2024 Revision

The following board policies have been archived. Most have been replaced by the corresponding administrative procedural directive.

Student participation in fund-raising campaigns by outside agencies shall be entirely voluntary. No quotas shall be set and no pressure placed on students to donate.

Campaigns by school or school-related organizations shall follow the same guidelines and all federal and state laws and regulations.

The superintendent, or his/her designee, shall ensure compliance with this policy through the development of administrative procedural directive.
