Roberts' Rules of Order (Newly Revised) shall be the general basis of how the Board of Education will conduct meetings. Although most items may be handled by appropriate motion procedures, consensus action also may be used. Additional meeting conduct and rules of orders shall be left to the discretion of the presiding Board of Education member.
