BE1 - Board of Education Meeting Agendas - August 2010 Revision

This policy was revised in May 2013. We provide this revision for historic purposes only.

Board of Education regular and special meeting agendas shall be set by the Board of Education president and the superintendent, or his/her designee.  All Board of Education regular and special meeting agendas shall be subject to approval and adoption by the Board of Education.

Board of Education committee meeting agendas shall be set by the Board of Education committee chair, superintendent and his/her designee.  All Board of Education committee meeting agendas shall be subject to formal approval and adoption by the committee.

The Board of Education shall reserve the right to alter the order and/or delete items at the meeting. Except in an emergency, action may only be taken on items that have been officially posted for a twenty-four (24) hour period prior to the meeting, in compliance with the Open Meetings Act.
