Petition of Support from Employees

A suggested form to certify the petition. You MUST have signatures, which will be retained at the school. For the purpose of this renewal application, you will only need to submit the notarized form that certifies the petition. **Beginning April 2020 - Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, Charter Schools may collect signatures of support from their employees and households utilizing online forms (for example: A completed Google Form/Petition that includes: email address, individual’s first name last name, checkbox selected to signify support of Charter Renewal). The notarized forms can be signed via digital signature.

A certified petition in support of the charter school renewing its charter status signed by not less than 65 percent of the employees in the charter school at Subsection J of 22-8B-12 NMSA 1978.
