Step 2: Submit Your Request to Speak in a APS Committee Meeting or an LGCC Meeting

Request to speak at a Community Engagement Committee Meeting on the third Tuesday of each month, a Finance Committee Meeting on the fourth Thursday of each month, or the occasional Local Government Coordinating Commission (LGCC) Meeting when hosted by APS.

Instructions – How to Participate in Public Comment:

  1. Read about Request to Participate in Public Comment in its entirety.
  2. Submit your Request to Speak using the online form below, by the start of the meeting.  
  3. After you submit your request, you will receive an email with instructions for joining the meeting after you submit this form. Please use an email address that you have access to.
