Step 2: Submit Your Request to Speak in the Public Forum

Instructions – How to Participate in Public Comment:

  1. Read about Request to Participate in Public Comment in its entirety.
  2. Submit your Request to Speak using the online form below, by the start of the Board of Education meeting.  
  3. After you submit your request, you will receive an email with instructions for joining the meeting after you submit this form. Please use an email address that you have access to.
  4. If you have any other questions regarding this process, email or call 505-880-3729.

If the form above is not working, please email boarded@aps.edu with the following information to sign up for public forum.

  • Your name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Topic you plan to speak on
  • Whether you plan to attend via zoom or in-person
  • Whether you've read all the information on the previous page related to speaking at public forum
