Step 2: Submit Your Request to Speak in the Public Forum

Instructions – How to Participate in Public Comment:

  1. Read about Request to Participate in Public Comment in its entirety.
  2. Submit your Request to Speak using the online form below, by the start of the Board of Education meeting.  
  3. After you submit your request, you will receive an email with instructions for joining the meeting after you submit this form. Please use an email address that you have access to.
  4. If you have any other questions regarding this process, email or call 505-880-3729.

Form Instructions: Fields with an asterisk are required.

November 20, 2024 Update

The Public forum sign-up is closed. Forty-five people have already signed up to speak at today's public forum. If you had planned to speak during today's meeting but were unable to sign up, please submit your comments by emailing board members at boarded@aps.edu.
