2025-2026 School Year Transfer Requests
Families who would like for their child to attend an APS school outside of their neighborhood for the 2025-2026 school year may apply online.
Please keep in mind:
- You will not need a student ID to submit a request online, but you will need a ParentVUE account.
- If your student's current enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year is based on a previously approved transfer, there is no need to resubmit a transfer request for the 2025-2026 school year. Those approved transfers will roll into next year already for you.
- Registration is a different process than a transfer. You will still need to complete the Online Registration packet once it becomes available in ParentVUE.

About the Transfer Process
Most students attend the public school that is closest to their residence and designated by the boundaries for each school. You do not need to submit a transfer request to attend your district school. To find your district school, visit Find My School.
Parents and guardians have many enrollment options for their children. In some circumstances, students can transfer to another school outside of the school boundary in which they live.
