Want to Transfer Schools?

Families who would like their child to attend an APS school outside of their assigned attendance area in the 2024-2025 school year may request a transfer online beginning Jan. 1, 2024.

APS Families Connected has created a video, available in English and Spanish,  to assist families in learning about the transfer process.  

Transfers are not on a first-come, first-served basis; requests are processed as having been received on the same day during each transfer window. For more information, visit our Transfer FAQ page.

Make sure to check your email every day, including your spam folder. If you do not respond to the email about your transfer within ten days, you will lose your spot and have to reapply.
