GD Personnel Participating in or Protected by a Negotiated Agreement

The negotiated agreements shall be consistent with applicable federal, state and local statutes and regulations, Board of Education policy and administrative procedural directive.

Albuquerque Public Schools shall comply with the negotiated agreements between the Board of Education and respective bargaining units to the extent that such negotiated agreements are consistent with federal, state and local statutes and regulations.

Albuquerque Public Schools employees participating in or protected by a negotiated agreement shall comply with guidelines established in federal and state law and regulation, Board of Education policy, administrative procedural directive, the Employee Handbook and their respective contracts
