Albuquerque Public Schools shall educate all students in its schools regardless of race, ethnicity, disability, religion, sex, or citizenship status.
Albuquerque Public Schools shall strive to integrate innovative educational programs to address the diverse needs of students, ensure that each student succeeds, and close the educational gap.
