As part of its duties, the Board of Education is responsible for the property of the Albuquerque Public Schools. The Board does not allow unlawful or dishonest use or misuse of Albuquerque Public School property by employees. All Albuquerque Public School employees are encouraged to report possible unlawful or dishonest use or misuse of Albuquerque Public School property. Employees must be able to confidentially express their reasonable concerns about unlawful or dishonest use or misuse of Albuquerque Public School property by other Albuquerque Public School employees without fear of retaliation. Employees must be given a means to report such conduct to the appropriate Albuquerque Public Schools supervisors or administrators. The Superintendent shall develop a procedural directive to implement this policy.
