Albuquerque Public Schools shall maintain a district-owned fleet of vehicles. The superintendent, or his/her designee, shall establish parameters for use of district-owned vehicles.
Albuquerque Public Schools employees may take home district-owned vehicles in cases in which the employee must respond to district needs outside normal working hours or provided that the vehicle is used for district purposes only.
An employee authorized to take home a district vehicle will abide by the requirements adopted by the district and by the employee's department in the administrative procedural directive.
