An effective working relationship between the Superintendent and the administrators in the district is essential to the successful operation of the District. The Board supports the "Meet and Confer" process which is a collaborative problem solving mechanism between senior management and administrators within the district. The "Meet and Confer" process was established to allow representatives of the Albuquerque Public Schools Principals Association (APSPA) and the Educational Administrators and Support Personnel Association (EASPA) to meet with the Superintendent to discuss items of mutual concern and interest.
