The Board of Education shall strive to be open and transparent with the public through systematic communication. The Board of Education shall comply with confidentiality requirements in federal or state statute or regulations and any confidentiality agreement.
The Board of Education shall forge relationships with and participate in non-district organizations to exercise Board of Education powers and responsibilities to the best of its ability.
