Open/Switch Enrollment for APS Employees is October 1 through 16
Behavioral Health
When a student comes back to school after getting help for their mental or emotional health, the school offers a Re-Entry Meeting. This meeting happens at school and helps make the return to school easier. The guardian and/or student can help decide who should be at the meeting. At the meeting, we work as a team to find out what services or supports they may need to do well in school.
We support students as they return to school after a behavioral health hospitalization by creating a welcoming space where they, along with their families, guardians, and school staff, can come together to help ease the transition.
Re-Entry
A Re-Entry meeting helps students return to school who have been hospitalized. The guardian and student help decide who attends the meeting and it takes place at school. As a team we look at ways we can help the student to make things better and easier for them.
