This form is for persons who need documents from APS for verifying to the Department of Homeland Security U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services that they came to the U.S. before their sixteenth birthday.
If you are needing to submit a request for student records, please do so at the following link:
Create an account in Next Request and provide us with the following information to ensure we locate the correct student records:
- The complete name when registered with Albuquerque Public Schools
- Date of Birth
- Name(s) of schools attended
- Please be sure to upload a copy of your valid picture identification in order for our department to process your request.
- If you are needing to obtain student records for immigration purposes, please be sure to notate that in your request
- Please note that Albuquerque Public Schools maintains specific student records for a limited time. Please visit our policy page, which documents how long specific records are maintained.
