Student of the Week Jonathan Clepper

5th grader at Governor Bent Elementary School

Nusenda Credit Union, in partnership with the APS Education Foundation, highlights an APS student each week.

What they're saying about Jonathan: Jonathan is a smart, kind and energetic kid. He likes to make sure everyone around him is having a good time and that everyone gets along. He extends his hand out to be a helpful friend.

Favorite subject: "I enjoy all my classes at Governor Bent but math, reading and enrichment class are my favorites. I like the fun and challenging problems in math like long division. In reading, I enjoy all of the different stories and adventures I get to go on when I am reading a good book, like 'Diary of a Wimpy Kid' and 'I Survived.'"

Hobbies and activities: "In my free time I like playing video games like Minecraft. I like hanging out with my neighborhood friends. We skateboard and play games using our imagination. I also enjoy building Legos and putting puzzles together."
