Focused on Stewardship and Alignment!
April’s Finance Committee meeting included key approvals to support responsible financial management, facility planning, and student programming. Here’s a look at this month’s highlights.

Funding Updates

• Grant adjustments: Approved budget adjustments within grant funds to ensure accurate alignment of resources
• Budget shifts: Approved inter- and intra-function transfers for grant and non-categorical funds to support district priorities
• Cash transfers: Approved a permanent cash transfer between operational and grant funds to maintain appropriate fund balances
• Monthly payments: Approved routine cash disbursements for March 2026, including vendor payments and payroll

Facilities and Equipment

• Approved the removal from service of equipment from February 2026, following statutory requirements
• Approved the disposition of portable buildings as part of ongoing facilities management efforts

Purchasing Approvals

• Eldorado High School Replacement Gym: Approved professional design services for the replacement gym project
• Out-of-School Time Activities: Approved contracts to support extended learning and student enrichment opportunities
