The Last Day of Classes for APS Schools Will Be a Full Day This Year
For most schools, the last day will be May 31. For schools on the TOPS calendar, the last day will be June 10.
The last day of classes for Albuquerque Public Schools on the traditional calendar will be May 31, and it will be a full day of instruction. This change comes in response to a new state law mandating 1,140 hours of instruction for all New Mexico students.
Additionally, APS has 21 schools following the Transformational Opportunity Pilot Schools calendar, and for those students, the last day of school will be June 10. That will also be a full day.
