UPDATE:As of 4:01 p.m., the shelter-in-place at Edward Gonzales Elementary and Helen Cordero Elementary has been lifted. Students who typically walk home will need to be picked up.
As of 2:57 p.m., Edward Gonzales Elementary and Helen Cordero Elementary are in a shelter-in-place due to a security concern.
